Quotes on Stress Management: How to Handle Stress

There are many ways we can practice stress management. What activities do you do for stress management? If you feel you are stressed out and your coping strategies are not working, try out new strategies and see what works best. What works well for someone else may not work best for you.

And remember just like any exercise, practice it regularly and long enough so that you can see the results.

If high-stress levels have become your norm, a simple meditation probably won’t melt all your stress away. However, adding a stress management or self-care regimen to your daily routine would be much more practical in managing stress.

Quotes on Stress Management: Breathe Deeply

Who knew that something as simple as taking some deep breaths can be so rejuvenating? I’ll be honest, just a couple of years ago, I did not. 1. William James’ quote about stress being a habit was convicting! So were the ones about how it impacts your body! I just started learning about the stress cycle. About to read a book on ending the stress cycle. These are great convicting and motivational quotes on stress management!

  2. These 57 best quotes for stress management are all spot on! I especially love, laughter is the best medicine, without side effects! That is so good!

  3. I needed these right now! I’ve felt very overwhelmed lately due to an ongoing family situation which still has a way to go to resolution (and will likely be a source of ongoing stress). I’ve felt a bit helpless in the face of this as I have no control over the situation. The quotes have made me remember that much of my stress has been caused by how I think about things, however. And have also reminded me to breathe, go for a walk and have a laugh! Thanks for sharing these.
